i'm finally heading off for my cake decorating course in sydney (been waiting for months, sooo excited!) I hope i learn lotsa new tricks.. i mean skills.. to serve u better desserts of course..
the course is only a week long but im taking extra days off to join hubby on his trips, to relax..*bliss*
i havent been updating---still new to this blogging thing! Hello!! Someone asked me today 'do u blog everyday?' errrr.... was i supposed to?! haha i think the answer is at least more than once a month!! ;p
I HAVE been baking tho.. just havent taken many pictures that im happy to show, or they have been the usually orders of bella donna's etc.. and u can scroll down to see what they look like :p

Brownies
I have been experimenting with brownie recipes..still working on flavours so for now i have the original brownie (fudgy w no nuts) or a more cakey brownie (w nuts on top) and blondie (w almonds)- i know this is a bit blonde but i didnt knooow why they called them that... but now i do ;p it's the white choc factor haha...*slow*
Cheesecakes
I do make cheesecakes.. i had a couple at our open hse for raya and ppl have been ordering them since then, here's a sneak peek at the mango cheesecake:

and i'll put the flavours in the menu..
Last but not least i made an extra batch of Bella Donna's for my best friend who had a baby boy over the weekend.. Cong-rats once again Ronnie & family, he's a lil'angel!! - yes nanti i make ur favourite cupcakes!
(yes.. i need to work on my writing skillsss..hence the course ;) )
